Remuneration to the members of the board of directors

Fees and other remuneration to the members of the board of directors, including the chairman, are resolved on by the shareholders’ meeting.

A total of SEK 3,830,000for the time up until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, with SEK 950,000 to the chairman of the board of directors and with SEK 400,000 to each of the other board members, as well as with SEK 200,000 to the chairman of the audit committee, SEK 100,000 to each of the other members of the audit committee, SEK 120,000 to each chairman of the remuneration committee and quality and sustainability committee, respectively, and SEK 60,000 to each of the other members of the remuneration committee and quality and sustainability committee.
