Commercial paper programme

Ambea established a Swedish commercial paper programme i 2019.

Ambea has a commercial paper programme with a total credit line of SEK 3,000 million. As part of the programme, the company can issue commercial papers with terms of up to one year. The programme did not give rise to any increase in the company’s liabilities, since the issued volume will
always be available under the company’s revolving credit facility.
